Stephanie Brand, Preschool Student Experience Director

Ms. Stephanie is our Student Experience Director. Ms. Stephanie is a licensed teacher. She is an owner and operator. She is committed to increasing the opportunities and quality of early childhood education experiences. Her previous experience as a teacher enforces the importance of early childhood education. She uses previous diagnostic training to help evaluate our students' school readiness. A major component of school readiness that is near and dear to Ms. Stephanie's heart is acceptable classroom behaviors and readiness to listen to teachers to stay safe and learn. The behavioral component is directly related to the academic component and helps prepare our students for a classroom environment and success.

Meredith Schuh, Administrative Director

Meredith Schuh is our Administrative Director. She has worked in daycares, schools, after school programs, STEM classes, and robotics clubs for all age groups. She is the mother to one awesome kiddo. Her kiddo is one of the driving forces behind her work with day cares, preschools, Head Starts and other early childhood education. When Meredith was confronted with uncertainty from in-home care providers questions about the cost of facility care providers and the need for high quality childcare to continue working, she knew she could do more to help meet the needs of families like hers. This is the second care facility Meredith has helped to start.

Ms. Tammy, Nursery Director

Ms Tammy is one of our newest teachers. She comes to us with a wealth of local knowledge, experience, heart, care and loving joy for our students! Ms. Tammy has been in early childhood for the past 30 years. She has a Child Development Associates and strives for the excellence in her classroom that will prepare her students to enter and be successful in school. We are ecstatic to have her on our team!

Ms. Shawna, Nursery Assistant Director

Ms. Shawna has worked in early childhood education for years with her mother's preschool, with her own children, and more. She brings an enthusiasm and consistency to the early preschool classroom that helps nurture our students. She brings creativity and craftiness to encourage hands on learning.

Ms. Chelsea, Preschool Administrative Director in Training

Ms Chelsea comes to us from in home health care and a customer service background. She has 2 children of her own that influenced her switch to Early Childhood Education. Ms Chelsea will be headed back to school to finish her bachelors in Early Childhood Education in the Spring of 2022. Ms Chelsea will be taking over the liaison with the state for childcare subsidy programs, food program grant administration, and ensuring paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.

Ms. Angellica

Ms Angellica has worked with children for the past 5 years. Ms. Angellica has 3 children of her own. She has worked in childcare prior to joining us. Ms Angellica provides essential support in our classrooms.

Ms. Sierra, Infant Teacher

Ms Sierra is dedicated to the best student outcomes. She is positive, encouraging, well-organized, sanitation focused and will be joining the Infant Center Team to help our students start on the best footing. Ms Sierra will be starting an EMT and Paramedic licensing process soon, but we look forward to her continued presence on our team!

Mr. Taylor, PreK Lead Teacher

Mr. Taylor has worked with children since growing up in his grandmother's group home care facility. He supports the drive of his classroom's lead teacher by encouraging routine and helping solve conflicts amongst students. "Tato" is affectionately sought after by the students to help intervene and develop the social emotional skills necessary to use words and not hitting or other behaviors to articulate feelings. Mr. Taylor will be pursuing his bachelors in early childhood education starting Spring 2022.

Ms. Bailey, Purple Room Teacher

Ms Bailey is an awesome teacher for our 3s-4s! She is encouraging, able to counsel them through conflicts they face in and out of the classroom, she has great ability to introduce age appropriate crafts and activities! Ms Bailey will be finishing her bachelors in Early Childhood Education in the next couple of years.

Ms. Hannah, Orange Room Support

Ms Hannah has worked with children for the past 5-10 years. She is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a focus on childhood trauma, childhood interventions and using social work to improve outcomes. Hannah is one of our fantastic teacher support people, she focuses on tracking behaviors, developing interventions and implementing interventions in the classroom.

Sherry Russell, After School Teacher

Sherry Russell is one of our Teachers. Mrs. Sherry is Ms. Meredith's mom, but she has been an early childhood educator for the past 15+ years. She is moonlighting with us in support of her daughter and her passion for children. She presently also works with the Saint Joseph School District as a Special Education teacher. She has worked in early literacy programs and enjoys the change of pace that early childhood brings to her days!

Daniel Borkowski, After School Teacher

Daniel Borkowski is one of our Teachers. Mr. Daniel comes to us from retirement with the Kearney R-I School District. He taught for 34 years in traditional schools working with Mathematics teaching, after school programs and at-risk youth. He joins us with a wealth of excitement, experience in schools, and a great background in addressing at-risk youth with opportunities. Mr. Daniel is a highly qualified teacher with 3 degrees in Mathematics Education. This wealth of insight and experience he brings is exciting to us here as we pursue investigations into how our students develop mathematical skills and thinking processes.

Mr. Daniel as a high risk party has been away from us for some time but we are eager for COVID-19 to subside in order for his wisdom to rejoin our team.
